Remember the things that are most important to you. Make a list.

CALL, TEXT, FIND someone. Don't be alone.

Make a list of social places or activities that will provide a distraction from the crisis.

Have a list names and contact information and ways to contact them.

Talk about it. Don't be afraid to talk about how you're feeling.
